The short version. We hold business contact information for construction firms and related companies — company name, a contact name, a work email address, phone, trade, and service area. We use it to tell those firms about specific work opportunities on behalf of named clients. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and one click removes you.

Who we are

CrewCallout is operated by EyesAbove. When you receive an email through CrewCallout, the message identifies the client it was sent on behalf of — the contractor or firm with the opportunity. EyesAbove handles the sending; the client is the party whose work is being described.

What we hold, and where it came from

We hold business contact information, not personal information about you as a private individual:

Sources are construction plan rooms and bid platforms we hold paid memberships with, public licensing and business registries, company websites, and firms that contacted us directly. We do not buy scraped lists and we do not guess at email addresses.

Why we use it

One purpose: to tell firms about specific work that matches what they do and where they do it. A message tells you the trade, the location, the start date, the crew size, and what it pays, so you can decide in a few seconds whether it is worth your time.

We also keep a record of who has opted out, which we are required to do in order to honour it.

Who else sees it

Nobody else. We do not sell contact information, rent it, trade it, or provide it to data brokers. If EyesAbove is ever sold or merged, contact data would transfer with the business and this policy would continue to apply to it until replaced by one no less protective.

How to stop hearing from us

Every message has an unsubscribe link that works. Using it stops email from that client immediately, and we process it within ten business days at the outside as the law requires. A message already in the send queue may still arrive in the day or two after — that is not a new send.

Unsubscribing from one client does not remove you from another client's outreach, because they are separate senders. To be removed from everything EyesAbove sends, reply to any message and say so, or tell us through the live chat on this site. We will add you to a master do-not-contact list that overrides every client.

We never charge for removal, never require you to log in or create an account to do it, and never ask why.

Seeing or correcting what we hold

Ask us through the live chat on this site, or write to the postal address above, and we will tell you what we have for your firm, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We aim to answer within thirty days. We may ask you to confirm you are connected to the firm in question, so that we are not handing one contractor another contractor's details.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law — including to know, delete, correct, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We extend the rights described here to everyone regardless of location, so you do not need to work out whether a particular statute covers you.

How long we keep it

Contact records stay while the firm remains active and relevant to the work we send. We remove records that have bounced repeatedly or shown no activity across several years.

Opt-out records are the exception: we keep those indefinitely, because deleting them is how a person who asked to be left alone ends up back on a list. An opt-out record holds the email address, which client it applied to, and the date.

This website

crewcallout.com carries a live chat window, provided by MyLiveChat, so you can reach a person without handing over an email address or phone number. Someone at EyesAbove monitors it during working hours.

The chat widget is third-party software and it does the following while you are on the site:

We do not use the chat to build a marketing profile, and nothing said in it is added to our contact lists unless you ask us to add you. MyLiveChat's own handling of that data is governed by their policy: link MyLiveChat's privacy policy here.

We run no advertising trackers and no analytics beyond what the chat widget itself collects. Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp — for security and troubleshooting.

The unsubscribe page carries no chat widget and no third-party scripts at all. A page you opened in order to hear less from us is not a page we will track you on, and it needs to work whether or not someone else's server is up.

The unsubscribe page does record the IP address and browser of a submission, for the sole purpose of detecting automated abuse of the form. It is stored alongside the opt-out record and used for nothing else.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. If you would rather that did not happen, most browsers and extensions can block it without breaking these pages.

Security

Pages are served over HTTPS. Opt-out records are stored outside the publicly reachable part of the server and are not indexed. Access is limited to the people at EyesAbove who run campaigns. No system is perfect, and we would tell you promptly if something happened that affected your data.

Children

This is business-to-business outreach to construction firms. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18, and have no reason to.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use contact information, we will say so in the next message you receive from us.

Note for whoever publishes this. This describes how CrewCallout is built to operate, and every statement above should be true of your setup before it goes live — including the no-cookies claim, the master do-not-contact list, and the storage location of the opt-out file. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have your attorney read it, particularly if you take on clients outside the United States or start handling anything beyond business contact details.
